The CSF announces expanded array of free training opportunities

Montreal, January 24, 2024 – The Chambre de la sécurité financière ("CSF") is reinforcing its commitment to the professional development of its members by expanding the range of free training courses offered. Continuing education stands as a crucial pillar to protect the public. In the rapidly evolving financial industry, supporting the skills development of our members is imperative.

In line with our commitment to democratizing access to quality training, we are now increasing our offering of free courses. This initiative ensures that professionals can access relevant, high-caliber training, aligned with the ever-evolving demands of the industry," stated Marie Elaine Farley, President and CEO of the CSF.

Existing and upcoming courses on topics such as the regulatory environment and cybersecurity will be freely available to the CSF's 33,000 members. Additionally, courses developed through collaborations with partners or stemming from the CSF's research will be accessible without charge. For instance, several courses related to the work of the recently launched research chair are planned, and more industry-relevant topics may be offered for free in the future.
