Coming into force of the recognition of the Chambre de l’assurance
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has issued a press release announcing the entry into force, as of July 4, 2026, of the decision recognizing the Chambre de l’assurance as a self-regulatory organization.
The release also addresses the start of oversight of mutual fund dealer representatives by the CIRO, and of scholarship plan dealer representatives by the AMF.
