Terms & conditions for the purchase of online services
Here are the terms and conditions under which you can pay the recognition fees for your continuing education activity. If you do not agree with these terms, your transaction will not take place. You are therefore encouraged to please read the following provisions carefully.
You agree to the terms and conditions listed below as regards the online payment of services offered on the CSF website.
Pricing and payment
Online payment by credit card on a secure website (Moneris). The CSF will not have access to the payment data entered through the online payment form. Applicable taxes based on the mailing address provided. The CSF calculates taxes according to the company’s head office address.
Cancellation and refund
No refund possible as provided by terms 2.2.2 and 7.2.3 of the Policy on compulsory professional development activities.
One-time professional development activity (only offered once)
- Basic fees are $333
- Additional fee of $66 for every hour exceeding 5 hours
Recurring professional development activity
- Basic fees are $391
- Additional fee of $79 for every hour exceeding 5 hours
Request to modify a recognized professional development activity
- One-time professional development activity: $66
- Recurring professional development activity: $79
These terms and conditions, as well as those incorporated or mentioned herein constitute the entire agreement between the supplier and the CSF as part of their online relationship.
