The CSF unveils its 2021 Annual Report
Under the theme “An Asset to Protect the Public”, the report highlights the many advances that are intimately linked to the transformation of the CSF and that have been achieved despite the pandemic. For the CSF, being an asset to protect the public means being able to adapt its ways of doing things with flexibility and agility in a constantly changing environment. The added value that the CSF provides makes sense at a time when technological upheavals and consumer expectations have a direct impact on your profession.
