Governance committee
 

The governance committee handles specific requests from the Board of Directors and advises on all issues related to the Chambre’s governance to ensure that structures are representative, effective and ethical.

For example, the committee:

  • studies issues involving the effectiveness, ethics and renewal of the Chambre Board of Directors and of the sections, as well as representation of the regions, sectors, practices and the public within these major bodies;

  • recommends directions to the Board of Directors in the event of modifications to the Chambre’s rules and regulations;

  • concretises the Chambre’s self regulation role through appropriate governance measures.


COMPOSITION

6 members, distributed as follows:

  • 1 Chambre director who is the head;

  • 1 section representative;

  • 4 members of the Chambre.
