Is your computer ready?

The CSF’s new website and applications are designed to improve the way you manage your training activities and PDU record.

If you are experiencing problems navigating the website, please make sure you have installed the latest updates on your computer. If you are unsure of your computer’s technical specifications, you can find out by going to http://supportdetails.com.

Here are few things to check before you access the My training section or your PDU record.

You can access the My training section and your PDU record anytime via the CSF’s website. To log in, enter your member number and password. If you are unable to view the selected page, here are a few tips that can help.

Browser

Please make sure you have the latest version of your browser before logging in to your PDU record. Some older versions will make it impossible for you to view your record.

We strongly recommend you install the latest version of Google Chrome to easily navigate our website.

Operating system

Please make sure your operating system is up-to-date. Some older versions of operating systems will prevent you from logging in to your PDU record. In that case, you will have to update your operating system.
