We undertake to process all applications for recognition of a regular training activity in a period of time of 10 business's days, for an application including all the necessary information. This 10-day time limit applies from the moment the application reaches our offices. To this end, your application for recognition must include the information below. The 10-day time limit does not apply to applications for recognition regarding conventions, university courses, recognition of PDUs for the course writers, professors and designers and training activities worth more than 10 PDUs.

No fees are charged to change subject for these recognized activities. You must however complete the change request form.

- Investigation and disciplinary process
- Representative’s professional responsibility and obligations towards consumers

Front-end fees
All applications for recognition will have to be accompanied by payment. Please refer to Recognition Procedure of a Training Activity.
Duration of and change to the recognition of a training activity
Recognition of a training activity is valid for 24 months.
The person responsible for a training activity must submit a new application for recognition to the Chambre if there is a change in the content, the duration or control method. The Chambre may either continue or cancel the recognition of the training activity, either increase or reduce the number of PDUs attributed to it. For each training activity, front-end and recognition fees will be charged.
The Chambre will cancel the recognition of a training activity, increase or reduce the number of PDUs attributed to it if it notices that the activity offered is different from the one that was recognized, or if the conditions provided for in section 13 or section 15 of the Regulation are not met. The Chambre may cease to recognize the future training activities of a provider if he does not respect the contents recognized by the Chambre.
