An act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information

Section 286 of the Act respecting the Distribution of financial products and services, R.S.Q., chapter. D-9.2, provides that the Chambre is subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, R.S.Q., chapter A-2.1 (“the Act”) and its corresponding regulations.
